Alexia Heurtelou, Mental Health Counselor–Limited Permit (MHC-LP), completed her Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. John’s University. She is a compassionate therapist who is committed to providing a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their emotions and experiences.

Alexia works with children, adolescents, and young adults, using a person-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard. With experience supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and bipolar disorder, Alexia helps clients better understand their emotions, develop coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
