Francesco Di Carlo, LMHC

Hi, my name is Francesco DiCarlo. I’ve dedicated my career to helping people navigate challenges and experience the understanding and support we all deserve. Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating at times, especially when it seems like no one truly understands what you’re going through. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, safe, and affirming environment where individuals can feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating Anxiety, Depression, anger management, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation challenges. My focus is on helping you reflect, grow, and make practical changes in your life. Therapy with me is both validating and action-oriented: helping you process emotions, explore patterns, and learn tools to navigate life more effectively.

My approach combines warmth, compassion, and approachability with structure and evidence-based strategies. I integrate CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a Person-Centered approach, tailoring each approach to your unique needs. I work to ensure therapy is practical, collaborative, and focused on both insight and actionable change.

My goal is that therapy leaves you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with tools to face life with clarity, confidence, and resilience. Together, we’ll focus on amplifying your strengths, navigating challenges, and creating meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your goals.
